At Cockadoos, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Due to hygiene concerns, certain baby apparel such as bodysuits or undergarments may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@cockadoos.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging in your email.

  • We will provide a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your bank or card issuer.
